1. Drinks with added sugar

2. Processed Meats

    Processed meats such as sausages, bacon, beef jerky and canned meat contains many harmful chemicals that are not naturally present in fresh meat. People who consume processed meats have a higher risk of colon cancer, type 2 diabetes and heart disease



3. Low-Fat Yoghurt

    Yoghurts are supposedly good for us but most yoghurts in the grocery store is bad for us. Since it is low in fat, the manufacturers add way more sugar to compenstae with the lack of taste that the fats provide. Moreover, some yogurts don't actually contain probiotic bacteria because most are pasteurized after fermentation, which eventually kills all the bacteria.



4. Pizza

    New York Style, Deep-dish, calzone, they are all not suprisingly healthy at all. The ingredients are mostly unhealthy eventhough some of it are "fresh". The dough is made from highly refined wheat flour, and the meats on them are usually processed. Pizza is also extremely high in calories.



5. Fruit Juices

    Most of the fruit juice in the market is basically fruit-flavored sugar water. It is true that the juice contains some antioxidants and vitamin C, but this must be weighed against the large amount of liquid sugar which could be as much as Coca Cola or Pepsi. A healthier alternative is to make your own fresh juice with lower sugar content.
