Six weeks in, and this class has been an odd challenge. Our projects so far have been interesting, and so different from the other stuff I've done for English that it takes me a while to figure out the best way to approach writing things like forgeries and drawing comics.
I've managed to get all of the projects we've had so far up on my website, and I'm pretty proud of that considering how technologically challenged I can be sometimes. Being in this class and updating my webpage all the time has inspired to update most of the online accounts I use often. That basically just means Instagram because I don't really use much else besides snapchat which is now impossible to use after that last update. After my virtual spring cleaning session, I also started posting some of my old photos to vsco, which is nice because now I have a bunch of my older work in one place. I'm sure the upcoming projects and new coding things we are learning are going to continue to challenge me, but in that different way that can be fun.

It's now about week three of the semester, so pretty much everyone has figured out what there semester is going to be like. If you didn't like a class you dropped, and if you do you're still there. I'm still here in Rhet, so... This class has been interesting for me because of how many new skills I have already learned so early in the course. All this work with html and stuff isn't anything I would have been able to do in a regular english class, so Im excited to see what else I'm going to learn this semster.

I really enjoyed going to the University Arcivhe last week. The room we were sitting had all those records for the greek life on campus and I found that really exciting and interesting. Being involved in greek life has made my college experience so much more already, and I'd ove to be able to learn more aobut the history of these organizations on camups. I'm really excited to begin researching for my final project, beucse I got to pick a topic that is relevant to me. This makes looking up information fun versus feeling like a "real" final project that i have to force myslef to work on.

We're getting to the home stretch now. I really like how we've been able to spend a lot of our class time working on our projects. It definitly makes learning all this coding a little more managable by giving us more time to do it while we are able to ask questions. I've been having a lot of fun working on my latest projects, and am looking forward to getting my podcast done. After that the only thing that I'm worried about getting done is my final project. It been kind of hard getting the layout of the second website to work, but I'm going to keep working at it and hope it turns out the way I've envisioned.

Ahhh so much left to do and only one full week of classes left! Been working alot to get this final project looking the way I want, and making sure I have everything finished in the next week and a half. Looking back over this semester I realized how much I have learned from this course. I recently compared the first back up i saved of my website to what I have today and it really put into perspective how much I've learned. I still feel like im winging it a lot when I'm coding in HTML but I can see some growth which is really cool. I enjoyed practicing deviant writing through out the semester, and I think it's going to help me with my tone in furture writing. It has also offered me a new and fun perspectives on writing assignments a little becuase they were fun to approach in comparison to a 5 page essay. Over all I have really enjoyed this course and plan on using the skills I have learned in the future.
Thats it for now, thanks for reading!
