What's up guys its Mike! Sorry I haven't been to class as of recently. Unfortunately my grandma passed I have been dealing with it in an unproductive manner but life moves on! I found the phising scam to be really fun. My parents had recieved a few of those before and it was really interesting to write. The review project also seems very interesting and I look forward to finishing that up in the next couple days. I will definitely be editing this post to talk about it. See you all soon!
Blog Numero Dos: February 20th, 2018
Hey guys it's Mike again! A lot has happened in 233 since I've last blogged. I was able to officially put my comic on the internet and I have to say it awesome once it was finally posted. It was definitely a challenge as my procrastination led me to some last minute coding, but luckily the images were visable by the 5PM deadline. Very grateful! I thought the forgery project was especially cool, as I felt we really got to use some creativety and make something unique. My document was a letter from the Soviet Union President, Mikhail Gorbachev, to Ronald Reagan. The letter was based in 1988 and claimed that President Reagan was actually attempting to become a Soviet spy. I had a fun time making it and I hope anyone who reads it gets a kick out of it too. The imagine I decided to post is from the movie "The Social Network" and is how I felt while trying to code my mini comic before the 5PM deadline. Until next time!
Blog Numero Uno: January 30th, 2018
Hey guys it's Mike! This is my first time making my own blog post or anything like this. I am a senior studying Economics here at UIUC. I'm really excited to take this course as it is my first time ever really taking anything like this. Though challenging, the coding aspect to it has been actually very rewarding. I can definitely see why people get so into it and go on wired in coding tears. I hope I have the motivation to actually upkeep and maybe show people my Homepage. I think it's a really cool concept and could actually be pretty useful. If I am not in class, I'm probably playing Fortnite or finding ways to ruin my bank account.
