Additional Guidelines and Policies Relevant to the Course

Late Work

Please review deadlines carefully and plan accordingly. Late work will not be accepted without prior express permission of the professor or a specific exemption from the Emergency Dean. If you anticipate a problem with completing a given assignment by the due date, you should contact me as soon as possible to discuss potential accommodations or adjustments.

ACADEMIC CODES OF HONOR

Every student is expected to follow the codes of honor and academic ethics as set forth in the University’s Codes of Policies and Regulations.

INFRACTION OF THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN A FAILING GRADE FOR THE COURSE WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.

For additional information and guidelines, you may also consult the university library’s guide on academic integrity and plagiarism.

NOTE THAT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BE AWARE OF HOW THE UNIVERSITY DEFINES PLAGIARISM.

Disability Accomodations

Student who require academic accommodation should inform the instructor and contact the Division of Rehabilitation Services (DRES). In order to ensure that each student is fully able to contribute productively and derive the maximum value from the course, it is imperative that accommodations are addressed as early in the semester as possible.
